Refund policy

 

All products have the right of withdrawal within 14 days after the date of delivery of product. The withdrawal right can be exercised with reference to specific products and services mentioned art. 55, D. Lgs. 206/2005 (Consumer Code).

The above code also requires that the user can not exercise the right of withdrawal in case of supply of certain goods and services including the following:
- Goods tailored, personalized, custom-order, goods made to the consumer’s specifications or needs or which by their nature, can not be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
- Goods without the original packaging or warranty seal, on all items, broken or tampered.
The customer must show its intention to exercise its right of cancellation by an e-mail at info@vaturiroma.com referencing the order number. 

In the case of returns other than the failed item, the customs duties for the return are also charged to the customer.

The withdrawal right is exercised by the return of the product at its own expense. In order to enjoy the right of withdrawal, the user must make the shipment within 14 days from the date of delivery of products to be properly packed in their original packaging, in perfect condition (not damaged, not damaged).

The initial shipping cost, the return shipping cost, the duties, and the bank expenses will not be refunded.

Items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way, and must not show any signs of use. Soles of footwear must be in perfect condition and must not be marked in any way. 

The Security Tag must still be intact and attached to returned items. In case of removal it won't be possible to return the item.
